FEES

Base: 80 €

The base fee can be reduced to €60 depending on specific circumstances which the mediator must be able to justify but which will, nevertheless, remain at his/her discretion.

For litigation

• For amounts between €25,000 and €200,000: €120/hour
• For amounts over €200,000: To be agreed

EXPENSES

Initial file fee: 40 €

Secretariat - typing per sheet: 8 €

Photocopies: 0.50 €
